DearEmployee operates a successful platform that helps companies improve team motivation, engagement, and health using data-driven approaches. Together, we explored the future of corporate health and designed a powerful digital tool to enhance mental well-being in the workplace.

How do we make corporate mental health a priority?

Despite growing awareness of the importance of mental health in companies, management often takes insufficient action. Existing solutions frequently go unused, as there are no incentives for employees to actively engage with the subject. Can a digital product overcome these barriers and sustainably improve mental health in the workplace?

From consulting and research to a digital tool

Our first task was to identify incentives that would motivate employees to actively focus on their own well-being. We then explored how individuals manage their own health, allowing us to design a tailored tool. From this research and the resulting insights, we developed DearEmployee Access, which has made a real contribution to a more modern and healthier work environment – a user-friendly app that makes self-care effortlessly engaging.

The Solution

With the DearEmployee Access app, employees can take control of their mental health again. The keys to driving active usage are scheduled time blockers that prioritize mental health during the workday and strong gamification-based incentives. By integrating the latest scientific findings and insights from our user research, we developed an app concept that transforms a sensitive topic into a positive experience.
